Pracharna Park Hotel Olomouc

the breakfast was exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. The staff was attentive and constantly replenished the items. The quiet location and friendly staff made for a pleasant stay.

No air conditioning.

The whole hotel seemed to have been taken over by visiting cycling clubs - cycle carrying vans were parked outside and cycles were being maintained and mended in the car park. We couldn't find a seat to have a drink in the bar in the evening as the whole bar area was taken up by the cyclists. The Hotel Pracharna stated they were an independent run hotel under the Best Western logo, but they had obviously taken on a corporate booking. We would not have booked with them had we known. Breakfast was the same. You had to be quick to get a slice of bread or some scrambled eggs with hungry cyclists around!

They offer bicycles for free and they have a nice sauna which guests can also reserve for free. The breakfast was reasonable and the rooms were clean.

No airconditioning - room was very hot. Television would not be loud enough. Could not hear it. Every morning at 6.30am I could hear tractors moving near the window which woke me up so very hard to get a good sleep. Food not served very late.

The hotel's tour desk provided excellent advice on local excursions, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

Friendly staff that communicated well in English. The hotel exceeded our expectations and also included a very nice breakfast.

Easy check-in, ample parking, convenient location near highway and green areas. Staff understand English well.

Smoking in the bar, which as it is open plan with reception is your welcome upon arrival.

sauna for additional 10 Euro - at least it shoud be a bit cheaper for the hotel guests

The hotel had a comfortable bed, good amenities like a hairdryer, and a variety of TV channels. They accepted debit cards from different countries and had friendly reception staff. The parking area was safe and spacious, and the hotel was easy to find with GPS. The grounds were beautiful and secluded, making for a pleasant stay. The breakfast was excellent.

Das Hotel bietet ein ausgezeichnetes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Die Preise sind günstig und man bekommt für sein Geld mehr als im Durchschnitt erwartet. Die Zimmer mögen zwar klein sein, aber sie sind ausreichend und vor allem sauber. Das Personal ist total nett und freundlich, und es wurden alle Anliegen gerne erfüllt. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und traumhaft schön.

Die Betten machen komische Geräusche.

Staff on reception freindly and efficient

The bar and resturant area is not inviting. Breakfast starts at 6.30 am however this is the time the staff start laying out breakfast coffee was ready at abbout 7am, best not to go early unless you absolutely nessecary. The room I had was facing the main road, noisy up until mmidnight and satrts again at 5 am so ask for a room at the rear. There are several other hotels in Olomouc I would recommend this hotel as a last resort
